- Existing limited companies which earned under £20,000 in the previous financial year.
- Any charity that does not have profitable business interests.
How Can I Apply?During your initial consultation you will be asked about your internal financial structure and we will then offer this service if you are eligible. You will then undergo financial checking to ensure that your situation is geniune - unfortunately this processing is not free of charge. |
How Do You Check? We will, with your expressed consent, file for an advanced financial report from Companies House and we will review the financial structure of your business to decide whether it is appropriate to offer discounted services. In addition, you must have filled out AN-91A and AN-91B, which are the consent for background checking and financial declaration forms respectively. We will compare your own account of AN-91B with that provided by Companies House and then approve your accounts. Our customer services can help ensure your accounts are accurate. The administration charge for complete checking and a permanent registration is set to £15. Sole traders will need to provide us with their identity documents, national insurance number, provide accounts, and agree to a CRB check if we find it to be necessary. We will first of all confirm your identity with HM Revenue and Customs and the Identity and Passport Service, then we will confirm your business finances with HM Revenue and Customs. To then prevent asset risks on the part of Avalon.sk, we will check to ensure that you have never comitted any financially related crimes (i.e. fraud) in the past, as if this is the case you will not be eligible. Any other details that return positive on the CRB are not considered relevant unless they are financially related. CCJs and bad credit are not considered by us as financially relevant. The cost of this process for sole traders and a permanent registration with us is £40. |
ConcernsPlease note that we do not make a profit from these background checks - these prices are even subsidised by Avalon.sk. Fraud Penalties
If you provide false details and fail the clearance process with Companies House or the CRB after making a formal declaration of your details true to the best of your account, then you will be subject to a fee for business disruption and damages, of £500. |
